سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق Bahja Morocco Travel (بهجة)

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق Bahja Morocco Travel («بهجة»، «نحن») مع المعلومات عند استخدامك للتطبيق على أندرويد (معرّف الحزمة: com.aistudio.bahjatravel2.kzmxpq). باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد هنا.

باختصار: نحن لا نبيع بياناتك. معظم بياناتك (المفضلة، الخطط، التقدّم، الرحلات المسجّلة) تبقى على هاتفك فقط. التطبيق مجاني ويعرض إعلانات عبر Google AdMob التي قد تستخدم معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك.

1. البيانات التي نتعامل معها

أ) بيانات تبقى على جهازك فقط

الأماكن المفضلة، وخطط الرحلات اليومية المحفوظة، وتقدّم القراءة في المكتبة، ونقاط المستكشف (XP) وجواز السفر.
إعدادات التطبيق: اللغة، العملة، الميزانية اليومية، الوضع الداكن، وخيارات الإشعارات.
بيانات الملف الشخصي إن سجّلت الدخول (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، الصورة): تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك ولا نملك خادماً لحسابات المستخدمين.
تسجيل الرحلات (اختياري): إن فعّلته بموافقتك، يحفظ التطبيق مسار رحلاتك والأماكن التي تزورها على جهازك فقط لإنشاء «شهادة المسافر». يمكنك إيقافه أو حذف بياناته في أي وقت.

ب) الموقع الجغرافي

بعد إذنك، يستخدم التطبيق موقعك الدقيق أو التقريبي أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط (وليس في الخلفية) لعرض الأماكن القريبة، وحساب المسافات، وتشغيل الخريطة والملاحة. لا نخزّن موقعك على خوادمنا. لكن بعض الميزات ترسل إحداثيات إلى خدمات خارجية لتعمل (انظر القسم 3).

ج) الكاميرا — ميزة مراقبة السائق

عند تشغيلك ميزة «مراقبة السائق» فقط وبعد إذنك الصريح، تُستخدم الكاميرا الأمامية لتحليل فتح/إغلاق العينين واتجاه الوجه لحظياً داخل جهازك (بتقنية ML Kit على الجهاز) لتنبيهك عند النعاس أو التشتت. لا يتم تسجيل أو حفظ أو إرسال أي صورة أو فيديو. تعمل الميزة بخدمة مقدّمة (Foreground Service) مع إشعار ظاهر، ويُستخدم إذن «العرض فوق التطبيقات الأخرى» لإظهار التنبيهات فقط.

د) بيانات تُرسل إلى جهات خارجية

البريد الإلكتروني للتنبيهات (اختياري): إن أدخلت بريدك للاشتراك في التنبيهات والعروض، يُرسل إلى خدمة Google Apps Script ويُحفظ في جدول Google Sheets يملكه المطوّر. عند حذف الحساب من التطبيق يُرسل طلب حذف مع بريدك لحذفه من القائمة.

2. الإعلانات — Google AdMob

لإبقاء التطبيق مجانياً نعرض إعلاناً شريطياً (Banner) وإعلاناً بينياً (Interstitial) وإعلان فيديو بمكافأة (Rewarded)، عبر Google AdMob. قد تقوم Google وشركاؤها تلقائياً بجمع ومعالجة: معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID / GAID)، عنوان IP، معلومات الجهاز والنظام (الطراز، إصدار أندرويد، اللغة، الشاشة، شركة الاتصالات)، وبيانات التفاعل مع الإعلان (المشاهدات والنقرات)، وبيانات التشخيص — لعرض إعلانات مخصّصة أو غير مخصّصة، وقياس الأداء، ومنع الاحتيال. قد تستخدم Google ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو معرّفات مشابهة لهذا الغرض.

الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا: لا تُطلب الإعلانات إلا بعد موافقتك الصريحة، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية وخيارات الإعلانات.
يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات أندرويد (Google ← الإعلانات).

تُمنح مكافأة الفيديو (إعفاء من الإعلانات البينية لفترة محدّدة) فقط بعد إتمام مشاهدة الإعلان.

3. الخدمات الخارجية التي يستخدمها التطبيق

عند استخدام الميزات التالية، يتصل جهازك بهذه الجهات وتستقبل عنوان IP وما يلزم لتنفيذ الطلب. لكل جهة سياسة خصوصية مستقلة:

4. الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

الموقع (دقيق/تقريبي): الأماكن القريبة والخريطة والملاحة.
الكاميرا: مراقبة السائق فقط (معالجة محلية دون حفظ).
الإشعارات: التنبيهات وإشعار خدمة مراقبة السائق.
العرض فوق التطبيقات الأخرى: تنبيهات مراقبة السائق أثناء القيادة.
الإنترنت وحالة الشبكة، وإيقاظ الجهاز، والاهتزاز: تشغيل الخرائط والخدمات والتنبيهات.
معرّف الإعلانات (AD_ID): للإعلانات كما في القسم 2.

يمكنك سحب أي إذن في أي وقت من إعدادات الهاتف، وقد تتوقف الميزة المرتبطة به.

5. المشاركة عبر التطبيقات الأخرى

يمكنك مشاركة الأماكن أو الشهادة عبر واتساب أو فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو تيليغرام أو X. تتم المشاركة بضغطتك أنت عبر نظام أندرويد، ويتحقق التطبيق فقط من وجود هذه التطبيقات على جهازك لإظهار أزرار المشاركة. تخضع المحتويات المشاركة لسياسات تلك التطبيقات.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

البيانات المحلية تبقى على جهازك حتى تحذفها أو تحذف التطبيق.
من الملف الشخصي ← «حذف الحساب/البيانات» يُمسح كل ما هو محلي (قواعد البيانات والتفضيلات والملفات والذاكرة المؤقتة)، ويُرسَل طلب حذف لبريدك من قائمة التنبيهات إن كنت مشتركاً.

قد يحفظ نظام أندرويد نسخاً احتياطية من إعدادات التطبيق ضمن حسابك في Google حسب إعدادات هاتفك.

7. حقوقك

بحسب قوانين بلدك (مثل اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR، وقانون كاليفورنيا CCPA، والقانون المغربي رقم 09-08 لحماية المعطيات الشخصية)، لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها، وسحب الموافقة، والاعتراض على المعالجة. نحن لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية. للممارسة حقوقك راسلنا على البريد أدناه. يمكن للمقيمين في المغرب التواصل أيضاً مع اللجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي (CNDP).

8. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة (أو دون 16 في بعض دول الاتحاد الأوروبي)، ولا نجمع عمداً بيانات منهم. إن علمتَ أن طفلاً قدّم بيانات فراسلنا لنحذفها.

9. الأمان

نعتمد على اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) كلما أمكن، ونُبقي بياناتك الأساسية على جهازك. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.

10. التحديثات على السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك له.

Privacy Policy — Bahja Morocco Travel

This Privacy Policy explains how Bahja Morocco Travel ("Bahja", "we", "us") handles information when you use our Android app (package: com.aistudio.bahjatravel2.kzmxpq). By using the app you agree to this policy.

In short: we do not sell your data. Most of your data (favorites, plans, progress, recorded trips) stays on your phone only. The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID.

1. Information we handle

A) Data that stays on your device only

Favorite places, saved daily itineraries, library reading progress, Explorer XP and passport.
App settings: language, currency, daily budget, dark mode, notification choices.
Profile details if you sign in (name, email, phone, photo) are stored locally on your device; we do not operate a user-account server.
Trip recording (optional): if you enable it with your consent, the app saves your trip paths and visited places on your device only to build your "Traveler Certificate". You can turn it off or erase it at any time.

B) Location

With your permission, the app uses your precise or approximate location only while you use the app (not in the background) to show nearby places, calculate distances, and power the map and navigation. We do not store your location on our servers. However, some features send coordinates to third-party services in order to work (see Section 3).

C) Camera — Driver Monitor feature

Only when you turn on "Driver Monitor" and grant camera permission, the front camera is used to analyze eye openness and head direction in real time on your device (on-device ML Kit) to alert you if you are drowsy or distracted. No photo or video is recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. The feature runs as a foreground service with a visible notification; the "display over other apps" permission is used only to show alerts.

D) Data sent to third parties

Email for alerts (optional): if you enter your email to receive alerts and offers, it is sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet owned by the developer. When you delete your account in the app, a deletion request with your email is sent so it can be removed.

2. Advertising — Google AdMob

To keep the app free we show a Banner ad, an Interstitial ad, and a Rewarded Video ad through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may automatically collect and process: your Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, device and system information (model, Android version, language, screen, carrier), ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and diagnostics, to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for these purposes.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: ad requests are made only after your explicit consent. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Ads Choices.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Android settings (Google → Ads).

The rewarded-video benefit (a period free of interstitial ads) is granted only after the ad is watched to completion.

3. Third-party services used by the app

When you use the features below, your device connects to these providers, which receive your IP address and what is needed to fulfil the request. Each has its own privacy policy:

4. Permissions the app requests

Location (precise/approximate): nearby places, map and navigation.
Camera: Driver Monitor only (on-device processing, nothing saved).
Notifications: alerts and the Driver Monitor service notification.
Display over other apps: Driver Monitor alerts while driving.
Internet & network state, wake lock, vibration: maps, services and alerts.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): advertising as described in Section 2.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your phone settings; the related feature may stop working.

5. Sharing through other apps

You can share places or your certificate via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram or X. Sharing happens only when you tap, through Android's share sheet. The app only checks whether these apps are installed in order to show share buttons. Shared content is governed by those apps' policies.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Profile → "Delete account/data" erases all local data (databases, preferences, files, caches) and sends a deletion request for your email from the alerts list if you subscribed.
You can also email morocobahia@gmail.com to ask us to remove your email from our list.
Android may back up app settings to your Google account depending on your phone's backup settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on your country's laws (e.g., EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA, Moroccan Law 09-08), you may have the right to access, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email us at the address below. Residents of Morocco may also contact the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some EU countries) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) where possible and keep your core data on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept it.
